(AllHipHop News) While his opening lines on French Montana’s “No Shopping” were directed at Joe Budden, Drake has yet to commit more than a few bars towards the Slaughterhouse member.
Even though Budden has now released three separate diss records aimed at Drake, the response back from the OVO leader has been light.
Drake did find time to offer some more words for Joe during his “Summer Sixteen Tour” stop last night.
“We got that good energy going on. I should’ve brought Joe Budden up here and let him do ‘Pump It Up’ one time tonight,” Drizzy told the crowd. “Pump, pump it up! F##k the ni##a!”
Making fun of Budden’s 2003 song “Pump It Up” has been a regular shot by Drake.
He also mentioned the record on “No Shopping” and suggested the New Jersey emcee is a one hit wonder.
