Imani Scott Video For Get Litty is LIT!

Imani Scott’s music video for her single Get Litty is hot. The vision for the video portrayed the lyrics so well, with people turning up and enjoying life. The release of the video couldn’t have come at a better time. Music today is missing what Imani Scott  is bringing with Get Litty. That feel good music! Imani has expressed before how music today promotes being numb, and not caring about anything. In the video you see Imani at a backyard BBQ with friends and family enjoying themselves. Although the song references hitting the city, the video shows that a good time can take place anywhere. Imani even showed her admiration for the The Brady Brunch in a creative way. Overall, the video is a wonderful representation of what the world needs right now. Every now and then people should let go of their worries and celebrate life. Stay tuned for announcements about the upcoming release of her LP “The Introduction” and a live performance to kick off #TheDiamondRush movement.

Does R-Mean have beef with Funk Master Flex on Hallelujah?

“I killed Sway like 10 times where you at Flex”? Hallelujah. Week 14 of “Mean Mondays” is finally here and as promised R-Mean has released his 14th installment entitled Hallelujah, for his 52-week-long series. Just in case anybody’s wondering, yes, it’s a hit. Alongside R-Mean on the track is Joe Peshi. The flow of each emcee goes together perfectly, so it’s guaranteed to heat up the streets this summer. Funk Master Flex’s name is mentioned in the first verse. Flex is known for promoting breakthrough artist, so R-Mean said “I killed Sway like 10 times where you at Flex”. Don’t be mistaken it’s not a diss, just a “knock on the door”. R-Mean feels that he’s been putting the work and the time in so it’s time to acknowledged by the world. This video of R-Mean slaughtering the 5 fingers of death on Shade 45 will help you understand why.
