Video Premiere: @Allen_Stone Brings Us Inside The Studio With “Figure It Out”

Once likened to Stevie Wonder by the New York Times, singer Allen Stone returns with a personal invitation inside the studio as he performs his latest, “Figure It Out”. The Washington native, who got his start in the church, recently released the new vinyl version of his self-titled album and added “Figure It Out” as a bonus. The visual takes place at the legendary Robert Lang Studios in Seattle, which has hosted acts from Nirvana all the way to rapper Warren G. Grammy-nominated neo-soul singer Musiq Soulchild is making a return to New York City in a big way this November, as he headlines the much talked about music showcase “R&B Spotlight” at the famed SOB’s nightclub. Shaq Brings Two Sold Out Comedy Shows To New York City

It was a burst of comedic energy in New York City, as 4x NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal started off his 20-city ‘All Star Comedy Jam’ tour with comedians Gary Owen, Tony Roberts, Finesse Mitchell, and Capone. Hosted by comedian Gary Owen (Think Like A Man), the riotous tour stopped at the Best Buy theater this past weekend and also showcased rapper Cory Gunz (YMCMB) and actor Romany Malco. Industry veterans including Code Black Entertainment’s Jeff Clanagan and BET’s Stephen Hill were in the building as DJ Spinderella held the night down on the turntables. O’Neal is one of the latest public figures to spearhead the YouTube diversity channel initiative with his ‘Comedy Shaq Network’. Others with their own original channels include producer Pharell Williams and rapper Jay-Z. In his first official single since 2009’s Under, former Pretty Ricky front man Marcus Cooper has released a video from his upcoming sophomore debut titled “I Lovee Girls”. The original, which features YMCMB rapper Tyga, finds the two dishing on the types of women they both enjoy dating. This is the first, official single from his self-titled sophomore album.
