BET has gathered several members of memorable girl groups and solo songstress Nivea to form the ultimate R&B supergroup in the network’s original series, BET Present The Encore.
The supergroup includes Shamari Devoe (Blaque), Irish & LaMisha Grinstead (702), Nivea Hamilton, Felisha & Fallon King (Cherish), Pamela Long (Total), Aubrey O’Day (Danity Kane), and Kiely Williams (3LW).
The women have signed on to become the next big musical sensation. These talented vets move into together, write new music, learn choreography, record an album, and put on a live performance.
The ladies only have 30 days to achieve this challenge and boy does drama ensue! None of the women knew who their bandmates were before arriving at the house, and the series shows clashes in personalities, roles, and opinions on the road to greatness.
With the help of music producer Kosine, choreographer Aliya Janell, songwriter Elijah Blake, and vocal coach Cynnamyn, the ladies should be able to crank out some nice records.
