Bruno Mars, Migos, Future & Trey Songz Named Performers For The 2017 BET Awards

(AllHipHop News) It’s that time of year again when the entertainment industry turns its attention to the annual BET Awards.

Billboard reports the 2017 edition of the event will include Migos, Bruno Mars, Future, Trey Songz, and Tamar Braxton hitting the stage to perform.

BET also tapped Jamie Foxx, Issa Rae, Trevor Noah, Demetrius Shipp Jr., Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith, Regina Hall, Tiffany Haddish, Cardi B, Yara Shahidi, La La Anthony, Cari Champion, and Robin Thede as presenters for the ceremony.

Saturday Night Live‘s Leslie Jones is set to host the broadcast.

Global superstar Beyoncé heads into the awards show with the most nominations, a total of 7.

Bey is followed by Mars with 5 nods then Migos, Solange, and Chance The Rapper with 4 each.

Chance, Future, Big Sean, Drake, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar are competing in the Best Male Hip-Hop Artist category.

Either Cardi B, Missy Elliott, Nicki Minaj, Remy Ma, or Young M.A will take home the trophy for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist.

Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic, Beyoncé’s Lemonade, J. Cole’s 4 Your Eyez Only, Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book, and Solange’s A Seat At The Table are up for Album Of The Year.

The 2017 BET Awards are scheduled to air live on June 25.
