Cardi B. Claims She’s Being Extorted For $5 Million By Tattooed Model

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B is firing back at a man who is suing the rapper for allegedly using his image on the cover of her 2016 mixtape.

A man named Kevin Brophy is suing Cardi for $5 million, claiming she used his image without permission for the raunchy cover of her mixtape “Gangsta B##ch Music Vol. 1.”

Brophy claims he never posed for the photograph, which supposedly shows his distinctive back tattoos while he gives Cardi oral sex, as she drinks a beer in the back of a car.

The chart-topping rapper just filed a response to Brophy’s lawsuit and argues the man on the cover of her mixtape is dark-skinned, while Kevin Brophy is clearly a white male.

Cardi’s legal team claim the rap star is being extorted with the lawsuit, and are asking a judge to dismiss the claims.

As for Kevin Brophy, he maintains he never had contact with the rapper, and only found out about artwork for Gangsta B##ch Music Vol. 1.” when an associate brought it to his attention.
