Chance the Rapper’s Streaming Numbers Skyrocket After Big Night At The Grammys

CHANCE AND A TRIBE’S NUMBERS SHOOT UP ON STREAMING PLATFORMS

(AllHipHop News) Chance the Rapper’s inspirational speech and three Grammy awards also helped boost his streaming numbers.

A variety of artists who performed or appeared during The Grammys last night, saw their number skyrocket on the streaming service.

Chance the Rapper, who performed “How Great” and “All We Got” with Kirk Franklin, also won Best New Artist, Best Rap Album, and Best Rap Performance.

The wins help send Chance’s overall numbers on Spotify up 206%.

And the numbers for the song “How Great” went up 461% after the performance.

A Tribe Called Quest also saw a huge boost for their “We The People,” which shot up 441% after their amazing performance with Anderson .Paak, and Busta Rhymes, who labeled Donald Trump “President Agent Orange.”

Other artists to see big boosts include Cynthia Erivo, who performed The Beach Boys’ “God Only Knows” with John Legend.

She saw a 680% boost, while more Morris Day saw a 344% boost after his Prince tribute with Bruno Mars.
