The rap star was shot and critically injured, while he was leaving a house on the Eastside of Detroit. Unknown gunmen in a silver Yukon fired multiple shots at the rapper, which struck him in the head. The 28-year-old rapper is currently in the hospital, listed in critical condition. In December of 2016, Eastside Peezy and nine people were indicted for racketeering, for allegedly being members of the 6 Mile Chedda Grove street gang.
