Fans Sue Irving Plaza Concert Venue Over Deadly Shooting Involving Troy Ave

MORE LAWSUITS OVER IRVING PLAZA SHOOTING

(AllHipHop News) Two T.I. fans caught up in the chaos following a shooting at the rapper’s May (16) gig in New York City are suing the venue’s bosses for injuries they sustained.

Gunshots rang out in a dressing room area before T.I. hit the stage, causing a panic as concert-goers raced to flee the Irving Plaza.

Four people were hit by bullets, one man was killed and now two fans, who were not shot, have filed suit against the show’s promoter and venue bosses, claiming they were seriously injured in the melee.

They claim the venue’s security staff didn’t adequately screen people entering the concert, allowing at least two men to bring guns into the concert space.

The plaintiffs’ attorney, Vincent Provenzano, tells TMZ his clients were trampled in the chaos as people rushed for the exits as the gunshots rang out.
