(AllHipHop News) Music industry executive/Polo Grounds Music CEO Bryan Leach is facing criminal charges and prison time after he was arrested on Tuesday and found to be in possession of a .380 Kel-Tec handgun with hollow point bullets. Bryan Leach was a former executive at TVT Records, where he helped nurture the careers of artists like Ying Yang Twins and Lil Jon and The Eastside Boyz. Leach left TVT in 2006 and launched Polo Grounds Music, which is distributed by J Records and housed artists like Pitbull, Diamond, Yo Gotti!, Hurricane Chris and others.The same year, Leach was named Senior Vice President of Urban for J Records/RCA Music Group and later profiled in Crain’s Magazine. Leach was stopped for driving erratically around noon yesterday (October 12th) on the Upper West Side Highway in New York.When police approached the vehicle, they spotted the .380 Kel-Tec handgun on the Harlem native’s front seat. The gun was later found to be loaded with six hollow point bullets. Bryan Leach was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless driving, according to a complaint that was unsealed in Manhattan Criminal Court.
