Jay-Z & R.Kelly Seek To Prevent Bootleggers During Tour

Jay-Z and R. Kelly filed a lawsuit yesterday seeking to halt the selling of bootleg merchandise outside of the venues that will showcase their “Best of Both World’s Tour.” The two granted Bravado International Group Merchandising Services the rights to sell their images on a variety of officially endorsed merchandise. The lawsuit seeks to restrain the open air markets for merchandise that frequently arise outside of the major arenas the two will play. The lawsuit calls for federal, state and local law officials to seize any bootlegged or unofficial merchandise from unauthorized vendors. The concert kicks off on September 29th and will hit over 40 cities. The duo’s collaboration, Best of Both Worlds: Unfinished Business hits stores October 26th. The album features 11 previously unreleased songs and the first singles are "Big Chips" and "Don’t Let Me Die."
