Lil Wayne Announces ‘Dedication 6’ Mixtape With DJ Drama (AUDIO)

(AllHipHop News) Lil Wayne dropped three projects in 2015 (Sorry 4 The Wait 2, Free Weezy Album, and No Ceilings 2). The Young Money founder already released the collaborative album ColleGrove with 2 Chainz in March, and it appears another body of work from Weezy is on the way as well. During the conversation, Drama revealed he has connected with Wayne for another installment of the Dedication mixtape series. The New Orleans rhymer then co-signed D6 is coming. “I’ve also been working on some crazy sh*t for a mixtape. We just didn’t have a good name for it yet, so it might as well just be a Dedication,” said Wayne. The original The Dedication came out in 2005. The DJ Drama hosted Gangsta Grillz effort is often cited as a classic mixtape. The fifth and most recent version of Wayne’s Dedication arrived in 2013.
