Meek Mill Stops By His Old Elementary School To Donate Much-Needed Supplies

Meek Mill continues his activism and dropped by his old elementary school to give the kids a bunch of school supplies.

(AllHipHop News) Meek Mill is far more than just a rapper.

The Philly native not only speaks out about the corrupt justice system, but he also gives back to his community in major ways.

Yesterday (September 13), the Championships artist donated over 500 backpacks to students at his old elementary school.

Meek stopped by James G. Blaine Elementary School to personally hand out the supplies and backpacks himself, as the students went crazy for not only him, but the new goodies.

He also laced their teachers with 30 classroom packs, ensuring they have what they need to teach their students efficiently during the school year.

The rapper was in his hometown during a stop on his “Legendary Nights” tour with Future.

It was just last month that Meek unveiled a completely new basketball court in his old neighborhood in Philly.
