(AllHipHop News) Many Migos followers like to compare the Atlanta-raised rap trio to the iconic Beatles. What came off to some observers as just an exercise in trolling got some credence when Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff tied a Hot 100 chart record previously only held by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.

With the success of their recently released third studio LP, Culture II, Migos are giving the public a look behind the scenes of their rise with a new documentary. The 18-minute C U L T U R E film is streaming on Tidal. Quality Control’s Coach K and Pee narrate the doc which follows the Migos members and their fans in the hours leading up to the Culture album release party.

“A year ago today we released Culture. We knew what we had and we wanted the world to hear it. But we honestly didn’t know what was about to happen,” states Coach K in C U L T U R E. “Two million albums sold, 15 million singles later, and we still here. What you’re about to watch and experience is the moment where it all happened.”

Pee can be heard saying, “They’re not making music for just one particular group. It’s called Culture for a reason.”

Migos have also appeared on Tidal in other capacities in recent weeks. The TIDAL X: Rolling Stone Live concert streamed on the platform, and Elliott Wilson interviewed the “Stir Fry” rhymers for a two-part CRWN conversation following the release of Culture II.
