WE TV Announces The Cast Of ‘Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta’ With Bow Wow, Reginae Carter, Zonnique & More (VIDEO)

THE REALITY SHOW FRANCHISE MOVES TO THE ATL

(AllHipHop News) The Growing Up Hip Hop franchise is heading to the ATL.

After presenting two seasons of the original GUHH program, WE tv has announced the cast for the new Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta.

The Georgia version of the series will feature former child rap star Shad “Bow Wow” Moss, Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae Carter, Jermaine Dupri’s daughter Shaniah Mauldin, The Beastie Boys affiliate DJ Hurricane’s daughter Ayana Fite, Waka Flocka’s brother Brandon Barnes, and T.I. and Tiny’s daughter Zonnique Pullins.

When AllHipHop.com spoke with Zonnique in May 2016, she discussed the possibility of doing another reality show beyond starring on VH1’s The Family Hustle.

“I was telling my mom I wanted a show where I grow up. It could be a reality TV show, and I could move,” said the singer.

NEWS: This upcoming spring, the city of Atlanta will be home to a new reality series chronicling the lives of the next batch of hip-hop stars. WE tv will unveil its new show Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, executive produced by and starring shad moss aka Bow Wow, as well as… Shaniah Mauldin, Ayana Fite, Reginae Carter. Brandon Barnes, and Zonnique Pullins. Bow Wow (real name Shad Moss) has had incredible success as a child hip-hop star after being groomed by rap heavyweights Snoop Dogg and mega-producer Jermaine Dupri. During his career, he notched three songs in Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 including his 2005 hits “Like You” featuring Ciara and “Let Me Hold You” featuring Omarion, along with his 2006 song “Shortie Like Mine” with Chris Brown. Over the years, he has segued to acting, recently landing roles in Entourage and CSI Cyber. With over 14 million records sold he plans on not stopping anytime soon. #guhhatl
