It’s been a few years since Frank Ocean dropped his last album channel ORANGE. The R&B singer did leave a post on his Tumblr page about a project called Boys Don’t Cry, but all we know for sure so far is Frank is releasing a magazine with that name.

Now comes another mysterious message from the Odd Future member. Frank’s verified SoundCloud page features a new playlist called “states”. The strange thing is – there’s no music in the playlist. That’s right, it’s EMPTY.
Is Frank trying to tell the world he’s on the verge of dropping another musical project? Was it just a mistake? We’ll have to wait and see.
