Ms. Kardashian’s laywer in her pending divorce case with ex-husband Kris Humphries claims the Brooklyn Nets star is holding the case “hostage” because of alleged “uncooperative third parties,” according to a report from E! Online. Humphries’ camp attributes the delay to Kris’ legal right to be present during Kim’s deposition, however his basketball season lasting until mid May complicates Kim’s request for an expedited trial in order for the divorce to be finalized by the time she gives birth in July.
