Conway The Machine Drops Hit-Boy-Produced Single “Fear Of God” Featuring DeJ Loaf

(AllHipHop News) Hit-Boy season continues to flourish this week. Hip Hop devotees already got to hear how the 33-year-old musician handled executive producing the acclaimed King’s Disease album by Queens-raised rap icon Nas. Then on Monday, Big Sean released a record titled “Deep Reverence” featuring the late Nipsey Hussle which was also produced by Hit-Boy. Additionally, Sean tapped the Grammy-winning beatmaker to co-executive produce his upcoming Detroit 2 album. Hit-Boy’s sound has gone from New York to Michigan back to New York and Michigan simultaneously. His latest production credit is attached to Buffalo emcee Conway The Machine’s new single “Fear Of GOD” featuring Detroit singer/rapper DeJ Loaf. “Fear Of GOD” is set to appear on Conway’s forthcoming From King To A GOD. The project will also include contributions from Westside Gunn, Benny The Butcher, Freddie Gibbs, Method Man, Havoc, Lloyd Banks, Alchemist, Daringer, Erick Sermon, and more. Conway The Machine’s From King To A GOD is scheduled for release on September 11 via Drumwork/Griselda/EMPIRE. He previously delivered the track “Lemon” featuring Method Man. That song was produced by Daringer and Beat Butcha. This year has seen Conway partner with The Alchemist for the Lulu collaborative EP, and he joined forces with Big Ghost LTD to create the 9-track No One Mourns The Wicked. Conway’s voice can also be heard on Westside Gunn’s Pray For Paris, Freddie Gibbs & Alchemist’s Alfredo, and Lil Wayne’s Funeral.

STREAM: Dej Loaf Puts ‘All Jokes Aside’ With Fiery Mixtape

(AllHipHop News) After dropping the tracklist yesterday, Detroit femcee Dej Loaf releases her highly anticipated effort All Jokes Aside . The project is a big one for Dej and her team as All Jokes Aside is a coming-of-age project according to a statement for the press. “There comes a time in a girl’s life, where she becomes a young woman. It’s called growth, it’s called maturity, it’s called living life to the full potential and being true to who you are. That’s what I represent. I feel good about everything that I am doing right now, because it is what I want to do. Not what anyone else wants me to do; it’s what I want to do. I’m in charge. I run my show. It feels damn good,” said in a statement. The cover art features Dej posing nude from the waist up and also incorporates artistic qualities, as the artwork is touched up with use of her signature color yellow. Sonny Digital, Izze the Producer, DDS, KLVN and iRocksays round out production on the effort. Dej also calls upon Silkk the Shocker for a guest appearance as the lone feature on the project. Silkk is known for his work on No Liimit and is still signed to his brother Master P’s No Limit Forever Imprint. Dej Loaf Publicizes New Project With Tracklist Announcement

(AllHipHop News) Detroit femcee Dej Loaf recently revealed the playlist for her new project, All Jokes Aside. The “Back Up” rapper said, “I’ve Been Taking Care Of Business,” in a recent Instagram post yesterday showcasing the female rapper walking with yellow Beats by Dre  headphones on. The project comes light on features, less the one song with Silkk the Shocker of No Limit fame. Last month, DJ Limelight released his Sweet Sixteen Mixtape, which featured some new music by Dej Loaf. The Detroit rapper’s new single, titled “Off The Top”, was announced to drop when she posted on Twitter that she leased it to Limelight. While Dej has released an EP and two mixtapes, she is still sitting on her debut album via Columbia Records. No word on a release date for the project, but it appears to be coming soon. Dej Loaf Debuts New Single “Off The Top”

Yesterday, DJ Limelight released his Sweet Sixteen Mixtape, which featured some new music by Dej Loaf. The Detroit rapper’s new single, titled “Off The Top”, was announced to drop when she posted on Twitter that she leased it to Limelight. Now, the song is available to check out through Sweet Sixteen, and she also manage to put it on AudioMack. Check out the track below.
