(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy is being blamed for a car accident that took place yesterday (June 24) in West Hollywood, California. According to reports, the rapper was driving his red Bentley when he crossed into another lane and allegedly struck a car waiting at a red light. A woman in the vehicle was taken to Cedars-Saini hospital, as a precaution, as she is pregnant. Authorities in Los Angeles are currently investigating the accident. Rapper DMX came out on the winning end of a legal battle over a 2011 come back tour. A booking agency named Heavy Rotation sued DMX for $630,000, claiming the rapper deliberately sabotaged his comeback tour, in addition to signing booking agreements with competing agencies. TMZ.com reports that the lawsuit was voluntarily by Heavy Rotation, who hadbclaimed that they lost over $750,000 in the deal. A representative for DMX stated that they were very happy the lawsuit had been dismissed. Bodyguards for Jay-Z are accused of assaulting a man who allegedly insulted Beyoncé Knowles backstage, during BBC Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend. Jay-Z headlined the two-day festival, which also included performances by Kanye West, Rihanna, Leona Lewis, Dizzee Rascal, Plan B and others. According to reports, members of Jay-Z’s entourage “piled in” on a man, after he allegedly made comments to Beyoncé, that upset her. According to London’s Metro newspaper, the insults resulted in a huge brawl backstage. “Jay-Z’s bouncers moved in and there was a massive ruckus. Things really kicked off as his heavies all piled in on the guy.” so far, the man who was assaulted has not come forward.
