“I fought for this record because initially when we wanted to clear it, we were totally rejected by our publisher, their publisher….initially we we're rejected because they had a whole other thing in mind; they thought we were going to come across to them, like maybe P-Diddy or somebody and have like 18 different publishers on there. They don't want their records touched. They we're like you take it as it is and you give us our 100 percent. “
