morning (Wednesday, March 28th.) He has been charged with
aggravated battery with a bottle, battery on a law enforcement
officer and two counts of disorderly and resisting arrest
without violence. He posted $17,000 bond and was released
from police custody.
Juvenile got

at the Improv Comedy Club, located at 2911 Grand Ave. According
to witnesses, Gray and Saintange began fighting around 12:30
a.m. Police said that’s when Gray hit the Saintange in the
head with a wine bottle, causing serious head injuries and
rendering him unconscious. Saintange was taken to Mercy Hospital
where he was treated and released. When police arrived on
the scene, Juvenile and about 20 other people started running
down an escalator.
Several other
fights took place as other officers were in the process of
breaking up one of the fights. Accord to Miami police Sgt.
Timothy Fell, Juvenile grabbed him and told him "Take
me to jail, take my mother f#####’ ass to jail."
Other officers
pulled Juvenile off the officer and Juvenile somehow escaped
into the crowd. Another officer caught Juvenile as he was
getting onto his tour bus.
The Miami Police
Department’s violent crimes unit is investigating the case.
They are trying to locate other victims as well as offenders
involved in the incident.
Juvenile is due
in court to answer the charges on April 18.
