BREAKING NEWS: BEASTIE BOYS’ MCA HAS DIED
(AllHipHop News) Beastie Boys member Adam “MCA” Yauch was pronounced dead at age 47.
The rapper was being treated for a cancerous parotid gland and a lymph node.
MCA’s actual cause of death has not been revealed.
MCA co-founded the Beastie Boys in 1979 with Mike D, Mix Master Mike, and Ad Roc.
He is survived by his wife and daughter.
Last month, The Beastie Boys were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, but MCA was not present at the ceremony in Cleveland.
