DJ Mustard Signs To Roc Nation Label

DJ MUSTARD JOINS JAY Z, RIHANNA & J. COLE AT ROC NATION

(AllHipHop News) DJ Mustard, the man behind the boards for songs like Tyga’s “Rack City,” 2 Chainz’ “I’m Different,” and B.o.B’s “HeadBand,” has expanded his relationship with Jay Z’s Roc Nation. Mustard had previously signed to Roc Nation management, and now Life+Times announces that 23-year-old producer has also signed as an artist to the label division of the company as well.

“You can’t be anybody just being signed to Roc Nation. They don’t sign people like that,” said Mustard. “You gotta be special to them for them to sign you. I feel like that’s a privilege for me just being in the same room as the Jay Zs and the Rihannas and the J. Coles”

Mustard will join those three chart toppers as a Roc Nation artist along with Jay Electronica, Calvin Harris, Bridget Kelly and Rita Ora. The Los Angeles native released his mixtape Ketchup in June. The project features appearances from Lil Snupe, YG, Nipsey Hussle, Casey Veggies, and more.
