The other man that was injured in Suge Knight’s fatal hit-and-run refused to identify him as the man who ran him over, ABC reports.
“I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison,” Cle “Bone” Sloan said at a preliminary hearing Monday (Apr.13).
Sloan, who is advising the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton, said he only took the stand because he was subpoenaed. He claims that he does not want to be a “snitch.”
“Every day, I tried to forget it,” he said. “I just know, I screwed up, and Terry’s dead.”
Sloan suffered fractured ankles, a shoulder injury, a cut on his head and two torn ligaments in his knees in the hit-and-run that left Terry Carter dead.
The judge is trying to determine whether there is enough evidence to take Knight to trial for murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges. The former CEO is facing life in prison and is being held on $25 million bail.
