West created a mini-media firestorm when he decided to delete his tweets referring to Tidal. The removal came in the midst of bad press for the platform which caused some people to speculate the GOOD Music boss was pulling back from publicly endorsing Tidal.
“Together, we can turn the tide and make music history. Start by turning your profile picture blue. #TIDALforALL,” Ye tweeted on March 30. The tweet is now gone.
Kanye returned to Twitter this week with a new post in support of Tidal. He wrote, “The love of music is louder than words. TIDAL.COM”
