Kanye West Cuts NYC Performance Short After Kim Kardashian Held At Gunpoint And Robbed In Paris

(AllHipHop News) “I’m sorry, family emergency. I have to stop the show,” Kanye West told the crowd at the Meadows Festival in New York on Sunday.

The Chicago raised rapper was apparently forced to cut the show short after reports that his wife Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint in a Paris hotel.

Kardashian was robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry and two cell phones.

Two armed, masked men dressed as police officers were said to have entered the reality show star’s room by threatening the concierge at the hotel.

Kardashian was reportedly unharmed during the incident.

She was in France with family members for Paris Fashion Week.

Kanye’s set at Meadows Festival in Queens was scheduled to end at 10 pm, but he left the stage around 9:40 pm.

“Due to a family emergency, Kanye West was forced to end his performance towards the end of his set,” said the event’s organizers in a statement. “We appreciate the great show he put on for fans to close out the inaugural Meadows Festival. Our thoughts are with West and his family.”
