(AllHipHop News) Health problems for Marion “Suge” Knight, are hampering his defense in his upcoming murder trial.
Suge has been hospitalized for blood clots, a consistent ailment which has dogged him since he’s been locked up for the murder of Terry Carter.
Suge is also facing assault charges for running down Cle “Bone” Sloan, during a dispute at a local burger joint in Los Angeles in January of 2015.
An altercation ensued between the men and former partner Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and other members of the “Straight Outta Compton” cast were filming a promotional commercial for the video for the movie.
TMZ.com reports Suge has been hospitalized for blood clots once again, and is currently being treated at the USC Medical Center.
Suge has made numerous complaints against the conditions in which he is being held since he has been locked up, claiming “child murderers” and “cop killers” receive better treatment in jail.
However, a judge has ruled that Suge is such a threat to the jail’s security, that extra measures are needed, such as keeping him in solitary confinement for extended periods of time.
Suge claims that the isolation is hampering his defense.
The former Death Row Records boss, whose bail was originally set at $25 million, is currently in stable condition.
