Is This The Real Reason Why Kanye West Skipped The Met Gala?

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like Kanye West could’ve actually ditched the Met Gala for a different reason!

Rumors spread that Ye decided to skip this year’s gala because there has allegedly been trouble in paradise between him and his wife Kim Kardashian. Yeezy has even been rumored to be paranoid, staying in more, and wearing bullet proof vests when he actually does step out.

Rumor has it that Ye may have actually skipped the gala because he’s still fuming over Kim K’s unphotoshopped sloppy vacation pics from Mexico that hit the net.

The photos were so unflattering that folks didn’t know if they looked so bad from not being photoshopped or had a troll photoshopped them to make Kimmy Kakes look bad.

According to a DailyMail insider,

“Kanye has helped turned Kim into a fashion icon and he feels those pictures with Kourtney have made her look cheap, damaging her brand. He’s angry with Kourtney for seemingly leading her on, as she clearly reveled in turning their session into a photoshoot. Their behavior completely detracted from Kim’s current standing in the industry.”

According to People Magazine, Ye really skipped MET because he just wasn’t ready to be back in the public eye yet.

“It had nothing to do with the Met Gala. It was more about the stress and pressure of a big red carpet. He just wasn’t quite there yet. Kanye has been doing okay. He’s made a lot of good progress and is in a much better place. He’s still very much enjoying his time off from public events. He’ll be staying back in LA with their kids [North and Saint]. Everything is great with him and Kim and he’s supportive of her going solo.”

I mean I could see Ye being mad about Kim’s pics but only for a second or a day.
