Zuckerberg has not directly replied to Kanye’s inquiry. Through strategically utilizing a Facebook user’s status, Mark may have expressed his feelings on the proposed endeavor. A FB post was written that said, “Dear Kanye West: If you’re going to ask the CEO of Facebook for a billion dollars, maybe don’t do it on Twitter.”

The billion-dollar businessman simply liked the status.
