50 Cent Says He’s Not Guilty In Domestic Violence Case [VIDEO]; No Comment From Attorney

(AllHipHop News) Hip Hop mogul 50 Cent faced arraignment yesterday for a domestic violence charge and four counts of vandalism stemming from a June 23 incident in the home of his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child model Daphne Joy (born Daphne Narvaez). 50’s attorney entered a not guilty plea in court Monday.

50 (aka Curtis Jackson) is accused of damaging $7,100 worth of property including chandeliers, furniture, a television, a lamp, and a bedroom closet. The woman also alleges 50 kicked her causing bodily harm.

The judge ordered 50 to stay at least 100 yards away from Joy, and he is not allowed to contact her in anyway. 50 is also prohibited from possessing any firearms. He had 24 hours to turn in or sell any guns he owned.

50’s lawyer, Scott E. Leemon, issued the following comment to AllHipHop.com:

50 entered a not guilty plea and out of respect for the process we will not be making any statements relating to the case right now.

If convicted the “I Get Money” rapper faces five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.

TMZ got footage of 50 in court. Watch the video below.
