Birdman Monetizing “Respek” Quotes, Quotables Interpreted In Gospel Piece

BIRDMAN’S “RESPEK” T-SHIRTS ARE SELLING LIKE CRAZY

(AllHipHop News) When Birdman walked into The Breakfast Club last week, no one had any idea that his “Respek” quotes were going to take off  virally with memes and other contrived social media slander.

Now the quotables are getting a positive spin and taking life in the form of t-shirts designed by both Birdman and Okayplayer respectively.

To kick off the sale of the Okayplayer t-shirts, The Hamiltones, led by Anthony Hamilton, dropped an a cappella singing the one-liners from Birdman’s interview (see below).

We’ve seen their Drake and 2 Chainz covers and now the The Hamiltones gospel rendition of Birdman quotables has reached a new heights as the accompanying t-shirt  is now available for pre-sale.

The guys end the piece in classic Birdman fashion as you can see below.

In addition to Okayplayer’s t-shirts, Birdman himself seems to be finding humor in the incident selling “Respek” t-shirts on the Cash Money website.

The t-shirts say “Put Some Respek On My Name” and have a silhouette caricature of Birdman with his head down.

Fans of the inflammatory interview can also buy t-shirts that say “FINISH OR YOU DONE,” “got no more talkin’,” and “I AINT GONNA SAY IT NO MO.”

This week Rick Ross responded to the Breakfast Club interview by sending Charlamagne bottles of rosé, while Trick Daddy had his own words for Baby during a show.
