(AllHipHop News) American-born terrorist/rapper Omar Shafik Hammami is being accused of using a ghostwriter for his anti-America lyrics.
Omar Shafik Hammami, also known as Abu Mansur al-Amriki, is a former al-Queda affiliate in Somalia with a long history of inflammatory lyrics towards America.
Now he has been called out as a fake by his former affiliates.
A 17 page pdf subtitled “Demistifying The Abu Mansur era” written by a man named Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir, claims Hammami’s rap image and lyrics are fabricated.
Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir claims that Hammami was robbed for money and gun and that claims that Hammami’s rap persona is “a brittle mental construct of his own making and had ghostwritten lyrics.
“Worth noting here also is that the Jihadi rap Nasheeds, ‘Send Me A Cruise’ and ‘Make Jihad With Me,’ that are often erroneously attributed to Abu Mansur are the work of another Muhajir — another American Mujahid — but, of course, Abu Mansur would never say otherwise since the Nasheeds ‘perfect’ and complement his projected self-image,” Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir wrote.”
The artist formerly known as Abu Mansur al-Amriki flipped Tupac’s “Hailmary” song for the aforementioned “Make Jihad With Me,” spewing such hateful lyrics as: “Attack America now / martyrdom or victory / we takin’ Nairobi to Addis [Ababa]”.
After a surprising falling out with his terrorist affiliates, the jihadist rapper feared for his life in March of 2012 and posted a video named “The Final Appeal” on YouTube on January 7th, 2013.
The twitter account @AbuMAmerican has come to Hammami’s defense recently and could be operated by the Alabama native jihadist MC himself. In one tweet from February 20th, the account seems to confess to the ghostwriting lyrics and oddly refers to Hammami in the 1st person:
Thank God the shabab got those awful raps off my back. They were attributed to amriki without permission.
