(AllHipHop News) Houston, Texas rapper Trae the Truth and members of his ABN movement teamed with Habitat for Humanity in Houston on Saturday (December 1), in honor of their slain friend, Money Clip-D.
Money Clip-D, born Dominic Levar Brown,Sr., was shot and killed on November 25, 2011, after being caught in cross-fire that also left Trae the Truth wounded.
Trae and company helped transport various materials, assembled walls for the home and even helped out with the roofing.
“I am grateful to Mr. Trae and his team for coming out and helping to make my family’s dream a reality.” said Mr. Oliver. “It’s truly a blessing to give back to a family and honor my brother Clip’s legacy. I am truly honored.”
When the day wound down, Trae the Truth and the Oliver and Brown families held a private gathering to honor the legacy of Money Clip-D.
