Washington D.C.’s own SmCity drops the second leak “New Spiritual” featuring BJ the Chicago Kid, produced by Statik Selektah from his upcoming “Empire Falls” album. SmCity provides a narrative of various forms of neo-slavery that still exists today and how trying to escape one particular form can often lead into another.
