6ix9ine Gets Ready To Rat On His Former Crew

Jury selection is starting in the trial of a former associate of Tekashi 6ix9ine, who is cooperating with the Feds.

(AllHipHop News) It’s been an interesting year for incarcerated rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Most recently, the rapper’s bodyguard Crippy was sentenced to five years in prison after he was shot in the stomach during a fight inside of Philipe Chow in Manhattan.

Now, the “GUMMO” rapper is preparing to go to court and testify against his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

In regards to the upcoming trial, prosecutors against the New York rapper and his co-defendants from the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods are looking to ask potential jurors if they care that 6ix9ine is a snitch.

The Blast obtained documents from federal prosecutors with a list of questions they’re planning to ask during jury selection.

The loaded questions are intended to gauge if people on the jury can be fair.
A section of the questioning will involve federal investigators and cops who are handling “confidential informants” similar to Tekashi.

While 6ix9ine isn’t actually on trial regarding this case, he will be a cooperating witness.
So both the prosecutors and the defense will be looking out for how possible jury members answer.

One of the questions asks: “Do you have any strong feelings about confidential informants that would affect your ability to be fair and impartial in this case?”

Another question reads: “You may hear testimony in this case from cooperating witnesses, that is, witnesses who at one time were involved in illegal activity, but who have now pled guilty to crimes and are testifying on behalf of the Government in the hope of receiving a lower sentence.”
