Warner Music Group is offering up to $25 million dollars for Death Row Records back catalog, according to The New York Post. In a recent filing related to Death Rows bankruptcy case, WMG was named the leading “stalking-horse bidder” in Death Rows Los Angeles-based bankruptcy proceedings. Over 10,000 titles are up for sale, including recordings by Tupac Shakur, as well as Snoop Doggs classic debut Doggystyle and Dr. Dres landmark album The Chronic. Other potential bidders, including Koch and Evergreen Copyrights, have until April to top WMGs $25 million dollar offer.
