(AllHipHop News) Drake has reportedly snagged a break as he fends off a lawsuit filed by producer Detail.
Detail, real name Noel Fisher, sued Drake in June 2016, insisting the rap star’s security guard Chubbs fractured his jaw during an assault at Drake’s Calabasas property in 2014.
It seems the case has fallen apart because Detail has declined to respond to any communications from Drizzy’s legal team.
Detail also abstained from a hearing deposition and a medical exam in February as well. After sanctions did not produce Detail, the judge reportedly dismissed the entire case against Drake.
