(AllHipHop News) Embattled hip-hop mogul Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams is now facing a $265,000 lien against his Miami, Florida mansion.
The Cash Money Records boss purchased the luxury estate in 2012 for $14.5 million and last month, he was ordered to surrender all keys and security codes to a court-appointed monitor after failing to pay back a loan he took out against the property from officials at EMG Transfer Agent in 2015.
Williams has reportedly been trying to sell the mansion, but the monitor has been tasked with renting the pad to raise funds while the legal battle over the loan continues.
Birdman is now facing more legal woes over the property after being hit with a $264,700 lien from bosses at Reel Pressure Cleaning.
According to reports, company bosses were not paid for work they performed in October and November.
If the home is sold, the lien will be paid in full.
Williams has yet to comment on the report.
