(AllHipHop News) Rick Ross’ longtime manager was found unresponsive at the rapper’s home shortly before he was pronounced dead in December.

The hip-hop star revealed that Black Bo, real name Nadrian James, has passed away during a Miami, Florida show in December, and served as a pallbearer at his funeral shortly afterward.

It has now been revealed that Black Bo was found unresponsive at Rick’s home in Florida, just months before the rapper had a similar health scare in March.

According to an investigation report obtained by TMZ.com, police officers were called to his property on December 8 because his manager had stopped breathing, and he was found lying on his back on the bathroom floor when the cop arrived on the scene.

He was subsequently pronounced dead, aged 45.

The duo had reportedly been out partying with friends the night before and didn’t return to the house until 5 am.

Rick Ross told the officer Black Bo hadn’t seemed himself at the nightclub and could have been battling sickness.

Later, one of the manager’s friends tried to call him a number of times but he didn’t pick up, so he went to his room and found him unresponsive in the bathroom.

Vomit had reportedly been found in the toilet.

The medical examiner ruled the cause of death was atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or clogging of the arteries.

The news comes days after Rick, real name William Leonard Roberts, was hospitalized after an assistant found him unresponsive and breathing heavily at his home and called the emergency services.

He was released from the hospital on Monday and later told fans on social media, “Ain’t nothing like home (prayer emoji). I love y’all.”
