"I have no idea [how they got it],"

Busta told AllHipHop.com. "As long as they have it, its all good. This

dude came up to me with an official copy wanting an autograph!"

Meanwhile Busta turned up in Cape Town, South

Africa with P. Diddy, to support World AIDS Day, which takes place December

1.

More than two billion people from 166 countries

in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and Russia will watch

MTV’s "Staying Alive Concert." Busta performed the hit single, "Pass

The Courvoisier," with Diddy.

"Once you know about it, it’s almost like

being an accessory to the genocide if you just turn your back on it," Diddy

said of AIDS. "I don’t think you see enough of this story in your face.

There are millions and millions of people that are dying and a lot of it is

black people that are dying at this high rate."

More than 20,000 people came out to see Diddy,

Usher, Alicia Keys and various other acts give performances.
