(AllHipHop News) Nearly from the moment Cardi B arrived on the scene as a rapper, fans and media figures wanted to pit her against Nicki Minaj. Rumored bad blood between the two women circulated for months, even after they both appeared on Migos’ “MotorSport” single.
Cardi sat down with Beats 1’s Ebro Darden. The Bronx representative was asked about the supposed beef with Nicki.
“I just really feel like it’s internet made-up. I feel like fans and people really want to see that happen because it’s really entertaining,” said the “Be Careful” performer. “I don’t really have the time for that. If you ain’t f-cking my man or if you not taking my money from me, you not stopping my money, then I don’t really give a f-ck about you.”
According to Cardi, she and Minaj have spoken in person. The Invasion Of Privacy album creator also claimed both stars were not in a scene together for the “MotorSport” music video because of scheduling issues.
“I just heard she couldn’t shoot that day,” Cardi stated.
