(AllHipHop News) Cardi B and Hillary Clinton mocked U.S. President Donald Trump at Sunday’s Grammy Awards by narrating passages from an explosive book about his administration.

“Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” Michael Wolff’s account of life working for America’s controversial leader, caused a sensation on its publication earlier this month, as the journalist accused Trump of being mentally unfit to lead America.

In a skit aired during the Grammys broadcast host James Corden auditioned a number of star names to record an audiobook version of the tome in a bid to win an award for Best Spoken Word Album.

His potential narrators were John Legend, Cher, Snoop Dogg, DJ Khaled and Cardi, who read out a passage on Trump retiring to bed early to gorge on cheeseburgers before saying, “Why am I even reading this s##t? I can’t believe this! This how he lives his life?”

The final auditionee was his defeated opponent in the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton, who wryly read a section on Trump’s preference for eating at McDonald’s due to his alleged fear of being poisoned.

Among the book’s other revelations, stars related were lines describing the President’s alleged refusal to read important briefings and his bizarre haircare regime.

Trump has denied many of the accusations in Wolff’s book, which quotes former advisors including his ex-Chief Strategist Steve Bannon.

The skit mocking the President came in for criticism from one member of his administration, his Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley.

“I have always loved the Grammys but to have artists read the ‘Fire and Fury’ book killed it,” she wrote on Twitter. “Don’t ruin great music with trash. Some of us love music without the politics thrown in it.”

Trump was also criticized from the stage at New York’s Madison Square Garden by a number of stars, including Cuban-American singer Camilla Cabello, who attacked his administration’s immigration policy.
