City Girls Drop New Single “You Tried It”

(AllHipHop News) Now that JT is home from prison, City Girls are finally at full strength again. Overnight, the two Florida-bred rappers dropped off a new song titled “You Tried It.”

This latest release from Jatavia “JT” Johnson and Caresha “Yung Miami” Brownlee arrives after “JT First Day Out” hit the internet in October. Johnson had been incarcerated for credit card fraud.

Since the release of their Girl Code studio album in 2018, City Girls have scored two Top 40 hits with “Act Up” and “Twerk” featuring Cardi B. Both records are also certified Platinum by the RIAA.
