(AllHipHop News) The co-founder of Fat Joe’s sneaker store in New York City could be heading to jail for fraud.

Scott Spina, 20, is accused of stealing credit card numbers from customers, and racking up over $550,000 in fake purchases.

Prosecutors claim Spina stole the money and wasted it on frivolous items like a golf cart and an all terrain vehicle.

Before his run in with the law, Spina up was well-known in celebrity circles to be able to get his hands on the rarest kicks.

He ended up partnering with Fat Joe to open UP NYC, but the rapper quickly banned him from the store after a credit card processors claimed the retail sneaker store made $300,000 worth of fake charges in less than a month, from December of 2016 to January of 2017.

Scott Spina is facing over 20 years in prison for wire fraud and other charges related to the thefts.
