Diddy Facing Lawsuit From Ex-Chef For Sexual Harassment, Defamation & Retaliation

CINDY RUEDA SAYS SHE HAD TO SERVE DIDDY & HIS FRIENDS FOLLOWING SEXUAL ACTIVITY

(AllHipHop News) Sean “Diddy” Combs is being hit with a lawsuit from his former chef.

According to The Hollywood ReporterCindy Rueda is suing Diddy for sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims.

Rueda claims she had to give Diddy a “post-c##### meal” while he was naked, and he supposedly asked her if she liked his body.

The suit alleges Diddy and his friends were often served food “immediately following sexual activity.”

Rueda also accuses Diddy of failing to pay her for overtime when she would work from 9 a.m. to midnight, and in some cases until 2:30 in the morning.

The suit states she agreed to a $150/day salary starting in 2015 for her services at Diddy’s Los Angeles home as well as events outside of California.

After complaining about her lack of overtime pay, Rueda was supposedly told by Diddy’s estate director Stacy Friend and personal assistant Christina Khorram that she would only receive regular pay, despite the required travel.

In addition, Rueda claims she was fired after complaining about sexual harassment and not being paid for overtime.

She also believes she was framed for stealing a watch.

“Plaintiff was accused of theft and told that she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver of all rights and claims against Defendants,” reads the complaint.

The watch was reportedly returned but Rueda refused to sign the waiver.

Rueda is seeking damages for unpaid wages/overtime, punitive damages, and an injunction to prevent future employees from being inaccurately classified as exempt.
