DJ Premier Defends Lil Uzi Vert After Ab-Soul’s Criticism

(AllHipHop News) Lil Uzi Vert found himself in Ab-Soul’s Twitter crosshairs over the Philadelphia rhymer’s refusal to rap over a DJ Premier beat.

“We don’t pass on PRIMO beats in this sport kids!” wrote Ab-Soul. While some Hip Hop heads praised the TDE representative for making the comments, Premier has come out to explain he does not have any problems with Uzi.

“Shout to the LiL Homie [Lil Uzi Vert] for reachin’ out to me directly…dope things were said and I respect that…We all good…Salute,” posted DJ Premier on his own Twitter timeline.
