Drake Taking Part In Intimate Dinner Concert Series

(AllHipHop News) Rap superstar Drake is set to stage a more intimate show this summer, as part of an exclusive invite-only dinner concert series.

The “God’s Plan” hitmaker is used to selling out arenas worldwide, but June 7th he will perform for just 1,000 guests at the Apres Noir event, held at Ontario’s Chateau de Jardin restaurant in the MC’s native Canada.

Announcing the news in a post on Instagram, organizers write, “The globe’s transcendent hip-hop superstar @champagnepapi (Drake) takes the stage at the opening edition of Apres Noir on June 7th.

“Channeling his energy toward championing Canada wherever he treads, the singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur is set to greet concert-goers in an intimate and exclusive setting.”

Rising singer Jessie Reyez will open the event for Drake, while celebrity chef Giada DeLaurentis will cook up a feast for attendees.
