Dr. Dre has

remixed a cut for legendary rock group, the Rolling Stones. The remix to the

Stone’s 1978 hit "Miss You," will be featured on the new Austin Powers

movie "Goldmember." The soundtrack hits the stores next month while

the movie, which also stars Beyonce Knowles, hits theaters September 19th. The

album also features Dr. Evil doing his version of "Hard Knock Life,"

Angie Stone, Earth Wind & Fire and the Neptune’s Pharrell Williams, who

does a track with Britney Spears.

In related Dr. Dre news, he received ASCAP’s

songwriter of the year award, along with Chad Hugo of the Neptunes on Monday.

The awards show, which was held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, honored

the good doctor with awards for his production work for Mary J. Blige’s "Family

Affair," Eve featuring Gwen Stefani and City High’s "What Would You

Do?"
