(AllHipHop News) Back in 2002, Eminem dominated the music landscape with his fourth studio album The Eminem Show.
With hit singles such as “Without Me,” “Cleanin’ Out My Closet,” and “Sing for the Moment,” Em’s 10-time platinum project continued his reign as rap’s sales king.
The man born Marshall Mathers is now revisiting his ’02 body of work with a 15th-anniversary edition.
Eminem posted about the collection on Instagram.
“The concept for The Eminem Show was inspired by The Truman Show because my life felt like it was becoming a circus at that time and I felt like I was always being watched. Basically Jim Carey wrote my album,” read a handwritten note uploaded to IG.
The Eminem Show became Em’s second album to sell at least one million copies in a single week (1,322,000), following 2000’s The Marshall Mathers LP (1,760,000).
It was also awarded the Grammy for Best Rap Album in 2003.
