(AllHipHop News) It’s about to be a Cole World real soon. J. Cole is dropping a new project this week.
Fayetteville’s native son hopped on Twitter to let his 10.5 million followers know KOD is arriving on 4/20. This will be the Roc Nation rapper’s first album since 2016’s 4 Your Eyez Only.
Cole held a special event in New York City last night. According to people in attendance, the North Carolinian revealed that KOD has 12 songs with no features and it’s an acronym for “Kids On Drugz,” “King Overdosed,” and “Killing Our Demonz.”
All four of his previous LPs reached #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Eyez, Cole World: The Sideline Story, and Born Sinner are certified platinum. 2014 Forest Hills Drive reached double platinum status.
